Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model revocation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
